FOUNDING GROUP · APPLICATION ONLY
In the room until it’s done
A small done-with-you group for people who already have a technical income and want to build with AI. Most of what we work on is agents and automation — something that runs without you, and an offer built on top of it. That’s the work I do every day, and it’s where I can actually move you.
Five AI agents run my life unattended. I’m a senior security engineer. I hold fifteen certifications and can tell you which three were worth the money. I put $160,000 down on a house and rent the spare rooms out. I’ll say the part most people selling this leave out: I don’t make money from AI agents. What I have is the building — five of them, in production, surviving being unattended — and I can tell you where that goes wrong.
If you’re not at the AI part yet, the other two tracks are how you get there. The certification track buys you the technical income in the first place. The house track makes that income go further so you have room to build. Same room, same price — and most people move between them.
There is no end date. Most programs like this run a fixed number of weeks and then you are out, which is fine if you finish on schedule and a real problem if you do not. You keep the group and you keep me for as long as you are working on it. If it takes you six months, you are still in. If you come back a year later going after the next thing, you are still in.
The group is deliberately small. I have a full-time job and a master’s degree, and I’d rather over-deliver for a few people than run a webinar for two hundred.
Pick your track
One of these, properly. Not all four at once.
Build an AI offer
An agency shipping automations for clients, or a small SaaS. We pick the buyer, design the offer, build it, and validate it with real conversations — in that order, on purpose. That includes getting it in front of people, because the offer is only half of it.
Put AI to work where you already are
You have a job and a pile of manual process around you. We find what is worth automating, build it so it survives being unattended, and make it something you can show.
Get the cert and the cloud job
Which certification actually matters, the one-hour-a-day system that gets you through it, and the part almost nobody does well — applying while you are still studying.
Buy the house, rent the rooms
How I saved the down payment on a salary, what the lender actually looks at, and how I underwrote a place where the spare rooms cover the mortgage.

I read every one of these myself.
